Problem forming a VCS cluster with VDX6720

Hi,   we've just bought 4 VDX6720-24 systems and 4 VCS software licenses for our DC. The systems arrived with the NOS 2.1.1 software installed. After installing the VCS licenses on all boxes I started with a little test setup and run into the
